Our Story

We crossed paths in the most modern, classic way—on our phones through Hinge. Greg had the sweetest photo with the biggest smile, and Morgan couldn’t resist sending a message along the lines of, “Hi, you have the sweetest smile."

Not long after, over Memorial Day weekend, Greg was in Charlotte and suggested we set up our first date. Without hesitation, it was on the calendar. We chose The Anchor Bar & Grill in Kennesaw Town Center, and for once, Morgan arrived early (a rare occurrence!). By the time Greg showed up—perfectly on time—Morgan was already a beer and a half in.

From Morgan’s perspective, the date felt a little like an interview—Greg seemed to know everything about her from the internet, while Morgan could hardly find a trace of Greg online. But with great conversation, plenty of laughter, and help from a witty waiter, time flew by. When we said goodbye, neither of us realized just how inseparable we’d become from that day forward.

When We Knew

There wasn’t a single “movie moment” when it all clicked—it was more like a hundred little moments strung together. From moving into our very first apartment together, to adding the sweetest pup, Hamilton, to our little family, life started moving quickly. We’ve shared constant address changes, navigated life’s highs and lows, and filled the in-between with mini trips, adventures, and memories we’ll treasure forever. Somewhere along the way, “you and me” turned into “we,” and we both knew it was meant to be.
